Waited 15 mins at the register for our order to be taken, tall slender guy just ignored us the whole time, mind you no one was in the drive thru and only one other person was in the store, not like it was busy its also 10am. Will never come here again he straight looked at us several times and did not care.

Drinks were terrible. I go to a different tropical cafe and I never have a problem. Simply disappointing and wasted my money buying 2 drinks that I didn’t like. My husbands was ok.

Probably the third time I've been to this location. Shame on me for expecting improvement after a couple of visits. Even if you bundle a food item and a smoothie your total will approach $20. Keeping this in mind, you're getting portion sizes that don't justify the price. Our salad had wilted lettuce, sparse toppings, and a tiny bit of dressing. I imagine the line inside the bowl was the fill line. There was at least an inch of space before hitting it. So $20 for just a smoothie and a tiny salad, and I'm asked to tip? No thanks, especially if the staff just give you side eye as you walk in and don't acknowledge you as you enter. My husband and I were still hungry and ordered a couple more smoothies to take the edge off. They were great, but again, two smoothies for $20 seems steep. I can get fresh smoothies with pressed juice from local chains for that price. The employees behind the line looked miserable and seemed irritated they had to work. The ones sitting down waiting for their ride didn't look the least concerned as the ones working were getting a rush. Please consider a break area so it doesn't look like employees who are off the clock are just leaving their teammates hangin

Food was great and the smoothies were wonderful! (Got a Turkey Bacon sandwich, a Mocha Madness smoothie, and a Peanut Paradise smoothie) I came to try this place out today and the staff member, Willow, was very patient and willing to explain/show whatever we had questions about. She was also very friendly and all the staff seemed relaxed and comfortable in their workplace. The sandwich was very good and the smoothies were quite large so they were worth their price. I will definitely be coming back here in the future ^o^ (Didn't think to take a picture until after I was done eating lol)

I ordered about 4 drinks and a PB flatbread on Sunday and wow was I unsatisfied! I come to this cafe about 3-4 x a week because I love there smoothies. But on this day I don’t know what happened. 2 of my smoothies had no taste and mine which was the banana chia boost Smooth was couldn’t drink it. It was tasteless and not blended well. The lean machine was so watered down and also unflavored my daughter couldn’t drink it. The flatbread was so cold we threw that away too.. We couldn’t go back right that second because we were on our way to church. But we did go after church and still waited about 45 minutes at the drive thru because the lobby was closed and at the end they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I was so upset especially as many times as I go there. I’ve spent about 30$ there that more than half went to the garbage. I haven’t gone back and won’t go back either . From a very unsatisfied customer ! Update! This has become one of my favorite places to grab a smoothie and lunch. Service has gotten better! I usually get the detox smoothie cuz it’s the healthiest one. I have the app and always scan my receipt. I do have some questions on the discounts and hopefully s
